Pastor Mark & Vicki Biltz

Mark Biltz, founder of El Shaddai Ministries in Washington State, is a well-known and popular commentator on the Biblical Feasts of the Lord.  He has produced a series of DVDs on the Feasts that have gone around the world. His research and theories have earned him guest appearances on both radio and television programs across the United States, as well as on the cover of magazines. He teaches how the Messianic prophecies that Jesus (Yeshua) fulfilled 2,000 years ago when He came the first time happened to the very day. He then explains how the second coming events will also happen to the very day during the Fall Feasts. Yeshua died for our sins on Passover, was buried on the Feast of Unleavened Bread, resurrected from death on First Fruits, and then sent the Holy Spirit to indwell believers on the Jewish Feast of Pentecost (Shavuot). If He fulfilled the spring Feasts to the day of His first coming He will fulfill the Fall Feasts to the day of His second coming.
Pastor Mark's studies have also revealed a link between charts of solar and lunar eclipses from NASA’s website with Israel’s history, the Biblical Feast days, and signs in the heavens drawing clear similarities between them, lining up through history. He’s spoken at numerous congregations and conferences in Europe, North America, South America,, Africa, and Asia, as well as all over the United States.  He has been interviewed by FOX television, appeared on the Sid Roth television broadcast, and on Prophecy in the News. He’s been interviewed by many radio stations across the United States and Canada. The El Shaddai Ministries' website, receives millions of hits from over 40 nations around the world every year. In addition, ESM has 40,000 regular visitors every month who livestream the services, download the teaching notes, and view their extensive archives.
Mark was born in 1956 in Wichita, Kansas and raised as a Roman Catholic. In 1975 at the age of 19, he was attending Kansas Newman College when a childhood friend gave him a better understanding of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. He left the Roman Catholic Church and joined a evangelistic youth organization called The Agape Force, where his teachers included Leonard Ravenhill, David Wilkerson, and Winkie Pratney.
Mark met the love of his life, Vicki, while attending Bible college in Wichita.  Mark and Vicki were married in July of 1977.  They've been married now for 43 years and have two sons.
After attending Bible college, he moved to Washington State as an assistant pastor of a non-denominational church in 1987,  Mark also became an administrator/teacher at South King County Bible College.
In 1993, Mark's wife, Vicki, bought him a book by a Jewish Rabbi named Moshe Braun called The Jewish Holy Days - Their Spiritual Significance. He saw such depth to the material that he realized Christians were missing so much by seeing themselves as cut off from the Jewish mindset and culture, and he became a passionate student of literature written from a Jewish mindset and was humbled by the grace, wisdom, and insight that poured forth from our Jewish brethren. Mark realized the Jewish people loved the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob and had been studying and mining the Bible for millennia in search of nuggets of truth.  Mark felt a real need to refocus on the Jewish roots of his Christian faith to get a better understanding of the context and culture to have a correct understanding of the Bible.
In 2001, Mark started El Shaddai Ministries to educate Christians from all different denominations on how anti-Semitism and replacement theology have crippled our understanding of God and the covenants He has made with His people – the Jews.  Starting with just two families, El Shaddai Ministries grew to almost 900 people regularly attending every Shabbat.  Mark has authored three books:  Blood Moons: Decoding the Imminent Heavenly Signs; God's Day Timer; and Decoding the Antichrist and the End Times.  His latest book, Decoding the Prophet Jeremiah:  What an Ancient Prophet Says About Today comes out in October 2020.
Pastor Mark has traveled extensively around the world speaking on almost every continent as well as all over the United States.  Currently, El Shaddai Ministries livestreams their Saturday morning services to over 300 cities in over 25 nations.  El Shaddai Ministries is a very multi-ethnic and multi-denominational congregation with an audience in the hundreds of thousands.
